In the past, I have celebrated Chinese new year by not doing a whole lot. Like, I knew it was a thing, but I had never properly celebrated it. However, this year, I found myself in the heart of China town in Singapore. Lets just say, this years celebrations were extremely different for me.
The sheer quantity of people pressed shoulder to shoulder in packed alleyways was an unfamiliar feeling, especially after only getting off a plane 1 hour before hand.
Beer, great food and close friends were a perfect warm up for the fire crackers and fireworks. This was one for the books!
